4. Q: Can I get a sample before bulk production?  
    A: Yes. The normal production process is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Mass production will start after we receive your confirmation on this sample.

5. Q: How long can I get the sample?  
    A: After receiving the sample charge and confirming all materials and designs, the sample time is 3 days, and express delivery usually takes around 3-5 days.

6. Q: How to ship?  
    A: For small orders, we can choose express services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., which take about 7-15 days. For large orders, we can ship by air or by sea (LCL or FCL shipment).
